A Three Degree Freedom Optimal Control Strategy of Dual-active-bridge Converters for Full Range Operations

  • 摘要: 为获取双有源桥(dual-active-bridge,DAB)直流变换器全工况范围内的统一优化控制,该文充分利用DAB控制自由度,实现一种基于电流应力最小的三移相(three-phaseshift,TPS)优化控制策略。分析原副边电压不匹配时的开关模式,推导潜在最优开关模式下的关键电气参数及其局部最优解,获取具有统一形式的全局优化策略。为实现电压匹配点附近的模式间平滑过渡,提出一种滞环模式切换方法。实验结果表明,相比常规单移相和双移相控制,所得出的TPS策略具有优化结果计算量小、表达统一连续的特点,能有效减小电流应力、提高变换效率,具有较好的工程可适用性。

     

    Abstract: To obtain the unified optimal control of dual-active-bridge(DAB) converters for full range operations, a three-phase-shift(TPS) optimal control strategy was studied by making full use of the freedom degrees of DAB control for minimum current stress. The switching modes under mismatch conditions of primary and secondary dc voltages were analyzed. The key electrical parameters and their local optimum solutions of optimal switching modes were deduced, and a unified global optimization strategy was obtained. A hysteresis mode was proposed to achieve a smooth transition among the modes near the voltage matching point. The experimental results show that the achieved TPS strategy has the characteristics of small calculation and unified continuous express compared with the conventional single-phase shift and double-phase shift control. Also, the TPS strategy can effectively reduce the current stress and improve the conversion efficiency which has a good engineering implication.
