发电机组燃用预干燥褐煤的变负荷仿真对比及投资经济性分析

Simulation Comparison and Investment Economy Analysis of Power Generation Units Burning Pre-dried Lignites Under Variable Load Condition

  • 摘要: 褐煤发电机组效率低,采用褐煤预干燥并燃用预干燥褐煤是实现效率提高的有效手段。该文按照某典型600MW机组热平衡图,利用Ebsilon建立机组变工况仿真模型,对比不同设计煤种的褐煤机组燃用预干燥褐煤时的变负荷特性、主要参数的变化规律及热经济性,进行定量分析。此外,也进行预干燥投资经济性分析。旨在为现有褐煤机组在生产实际中燃用预干燥褐煤的变负荷运行奠定理论基础及提供预干燥投资参考。仿真结果表明:各机组燃用预干燥褐煤时的变负荷规律与直接燃用优质煤的机组基本一致;以含水量较低的褐煤为设计煤种的机组燃用预干燥褐煤在负荷降低时,锅炉效率下降的程度稍大,说明设计煤种水分高的褐煤机组燃用预干燥褐煤在变负荷下锅炉适应性更好;以含水量较高的褐煤作为设计煤种的机组燃用预干燥褐煤时,不同工况下均可降低标准煤耗率5~7g/kW·h,虽然在负荷降低时机组热经济性提升效果下降,但仍可带来可观的收益。

     

    Abstract: The efficiency of lignite power generation units is not desirable. However, burning pre-dried lignite, which is obtained by lignite pre-drying, is one of measures to improve it. Therefore, simulation model was established by Ebsilon according to the heat balance diagram of a typical 600 MW unit, and was used to compare variable load characteristics, the change regularity of main parameters and the thermal economy of the units burning pre-dried lignites with different design coals. Quantitative analysis was carried out, as well as the investment economy analysis. The purpose of research was to lay a theoretical foundation and pre-drying investment reference for variable load operation of the existing lignite power generation units to burn pre-dried lignite in production practice. The simulation results show that: the variable load regularity of each burning pre-dried lignite unit is basically identical to that of units with directly burning high-quality coal; when burning pre-dried lignite unit with lower moisture content of design coal reduces the load, the descent extent of boiler efficiency is more obvious, which indicates that burning pre-dried lignite unit with higher moisture content of design coal has better adaptability under variable load condition; the standard coal consumption rate of unit with high moisture content of design coal can be reduced by 5~7 g/k W·h when burning pre-dried lignite at different loads, which can still bring considerable benefits although the thermal economic improvement effect of unit discounts at low load.
