A Sorting Method for Retired Battery Modules Based on Voltage Curves

  • 摘要: 对退役电池进行梯次利用,关键是对其进行一致性分选。该文提出一种基于电压曲线,面向退役电池模组的一致性分选方法:综合考虑电池Rint等值电路和热累积、库伦效率、容量衰减和内阻增长等因素,构建多维参数的单体模型和模组模型;在此基础上,提出一种基于变换矩阵的一致性影响因素在电压曲线上表征方法;结合所构建单体模型和所提表征方法,在matlab/simulink仿真环境下搭建了串联模组仿真模型,分析了不同影响因素在电压曲线上表征的特点;选方法,并通过实验对其正确性和有效性进行验证。结果表明:所提分选方法可较好地实现退役电池模组一致性分选。

     

    Abstract: To realize the second-use of retired batteries, the key technology is sorting. The paper proposed a consistency sorting method for retired battery modules based on voltage curves. Firstly, taking the Rint equivalent circuit model, thermal model, Coulomb efficiency model, capacity decay model and internal resistance growth model into account, a cell model was built. And then, an approach to tokening the consistency of influence factors on voltage curves based on transformation matrix was provided. In addition, for the above mentioned cell model and the proposed characterization method, a four-cell series module model was built with matlab/simulink, and the characteristics of the token parameters of different factors on the voltage curves were analyzed. Finally, based on the results of simulation, considering the different weight of influence factors on battery module consistency, a consistency sorting method for retired battery modules was presented, which is verified by the experiment. The result shows that the proposed sorting method can achieve the consistency sorting of retired battery modules effectively.
