弱电网下基于电网电流前馈的单相逆变器锁相环

Grid Current Feedforward Based Phase-locked Loop for Single-phase-inverters in Weak Grid Case

  • 摘要: 单相并网逆变器中,基于延时的锁相环(phase-locked loop,PLL)可以实现逆变器与电网同步。然而,在电网阻抗较大时,采用基于延时PLL的逆变器难以正常运行。为此,该文旨在提出一种适用于高电网阻抗的鲁棒型PLL。首先,利用逆变器输出阻抗模型分析讨论典型的基于延时PLL的稳定性,明晰逆变器性能随电网阻抗增大而下降的原因。在此基础上,提出基于电网电流前馈的鲁棒型PLL。与典型PLL相比,该PLL等效地在逆变器输出侧增加一个串联阻抗,从而改善系统在弱电网情形下的性能。文中详细讨论所提PLL的参数设计方法。实验结果证明,所提改进PLL可以保证逆变器在极弱电网下稳定工作。

     

    Abstract: For the single-phase inverters, the delay-based PLL is being widely used to make inverters to be synchronized with the grid. But, if the grid at the point of common coupling(PCC) behaves a large grid impedance, the inverter with the delay-based phase-locked loop(PLL) cannot work well. Hence, this study aims to formulate a robust PLL under the large grid impedance. At first, through the inverter impedance modelling, the stability of the typical delay-based PLL has been analyzed and the reason for the harmonics and instabilities has been explained. Then, based on analyzing the differences of PLL blocks under different PCC conditions, the grid current feedforward based PLL was proposed. Compared with the typical PLL, the proposed PLL equivalently adds series impedance at the inverter output, and thus improves the behaviors in weak grid cases. The design of parameters has been proposed. Selected waveforms have demonstrated that the inverter can perform well in the very weak grid case.
