应对CT断线的高压输电线路高可靠性应急保护方案

Emergency Protection Scheme With High Reliability for the CT Disconnection of High Voltage Transmission Lines

  • 摘要: 高压输电线路保护一般按双重化配置,具有较高的可靠性。但当电流互感器(current transformer,CT)断线导致其中一套保护闭锁时,仅剩单套保护。由于修复断线CT需要一定时间,在单套保护运行期间,线路保护的动作可靠性显著降低。为解决上述难题,在智能变电站的背景下,该文借助站域保护信息共享平台,获取本线路两端所连母线各进出线电流信息,构造多重化差动保护判据,并形成一种应对CT断线的高压线路高可靠性应急保护方案。理论和仿真分析表明,所提保护方案在上述应急场景下能够显著地降低保护的误动概率与拒动概率,并具备抗单个及多个CT异常的能力。

     

    Abstract: The high voltage transmission line protection is usually dual-configured, which has high reliability. However, only one set of protection operates when another one is blocked due to current transformer(CT) disconnection. As it takes a certain time to repair the disconnected CT, the reliability of line protection decreases significantly when only one set of protection operates. To deal with above difficulties, under the condition of smart substation, the currents of the lines that connect to the busbars which connects to the double ends of the protected line can be acquired based on the substation area protection information sharing platform. Then, multiple differential protection criteria were formed, and an emergency protection scheme for high voltage transmission line consisted of the criteria was proposed, which has high reliability and can deal with the CT disconnection. Theoretical analysis and simulation results indicate that the proposed emergency protection scheme is capable of remarkably reducing the maloperation probability and operation failure probability of protection and immune to the abnormities of multiple current transformers.
