一种交错并联型九电平光伏逆变器

An Interleaved Nine-level Photovoltaic Inverter

  • 摘要: 随着光伏发电在电源结构中的比重逐步提高,光伏发电平价上网的需求也日益迫切。采用1500V光伏组件,可以有效降低光伏电站的线缆成本和损耗,对光伏平价上网的早日实现至关重要。面向1500V组串型逆变器应用,传统的两电平和T型三电平拓扑的开关元件电压应力大幅提升,效率和功率密度难以优化。为了进一步提高逆变器功率密度,该文提出交错并联型有源中点钳位九电平逆变器拓扑及其调制和控制策略,并通过耦合电感的合理设计抑制交错并联拓扑的并联环流。与常规逆变器相比,提出的电路在1500V电压下可取得更高的效率和功率密度,适合光伏系统应用。论文构建实验样机,验证所提出的拓扑和调制及控制策略的有效性。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing proportion of photovoltaic power generation in the power structure, the demand for affordable grid-connected photovoltaic power generation is becoming increasingly urgent. Using 1500 V photovoltaic module can effectively reduce the cost and loss of cable in photovoltaic power plant, which is very important for the early realization of the connection to grid at an equal price. For the application of 1500V string inverters, the voltage stress of traditional two-level and T-type three-level topology’s switching devices increases substantially, which makes the efficiency and power density difficult to optimize. With a lower voltage stress, active neutral-point clamped five-level(ANPC-5L) inverter is much suitable for technical requirements of 1500V photovoltaic system. To further improve the power density of inverters, this paper proposed an interleaved active neutral-point clamped nine-level topology and its modulation and control strategy, by rational designing its coupled inductor, the circulating current of the topology was also suppressed. Finally, experimental results obtained with an experimental prototype were presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed topology, modulation and control strategy.
