吸附工艺在碳捕集中的应用现状

Application of Adsorption Technology on Carbon Capture

  • 摘要: 明确了碳捕集与封存的重要意义,概述3种燃烧系统形式的特点和应用,分析常用分离技术在碳捕集上的可行性。围绕变压吸附、变温吸附、真空吸附、变压变温吸附在碳捕集中的工业应用进行分析,介绍余热利用在碳捕集系统中的应用。目前常见的4类吸附剂的特点也做了详细介绍,包括沸石分子筛、碳基材料、金属有机骨架、固体胺。简要说明其所适合应用的吸附工艺。随着碳的捕获和存储进一步商业化,吸附法在碳捕集领域具有广阔的发展空间。

     

    Abstract: This paper clarified the significance of carbon capture and storage, outlined the characteristics and applications of three combustion system forms, and analyzed the feasibility of common separation techniques for carbon capture. It reviewed the industrial applications of pressure swing adsorption, temperature swing adsorption, vacuum swing adsorption and pressure-temperature swing adsorption in carbon capture, and introduced the application of waste heat utilization in carbon capture system. The characteristics of the four common types of adsorbents were also described in detail in the review, including zeolite molecular sieves, carbon-based materials, metal-organic frameworks, and solid amines. Adsorption processes suitable for the above adsorbents were briefly described in the article. With the further commercialization of carbon capture and storage(CCS), the adsorption method has a broad space for development in the field of carbon capture.
