双边型长初级直线感应电机电磁推力特性研究

Research on Electromagnetic Thrust Characteristic of Double Sided Long Primary Linear Induction Motor

  • 摘要: 针对电磁弹射及空间实验系统用双边型长初级直线感应电机(doublesidedlongprimarylinearinductionmotor,DSLPLIM)的电磁推力特性,首先根据电磁场理论,通过对初级行波电流层和次级电流的微分运算,推导出计及端部效应的直线感应电机气隙磁密的解析表达式,同时,依据洛伦兹力公式,推导出直线感应电机平均电磁推力的解析计算表达式;其次,为削弱端部效应引起的推力波动,采用发卡式全填充绕组以改善直线感应电机气隙磁密分布的正弦性(减小推力波动),同时为提升电机的电磁推力,改进现有次级板开槽结构,实现涡流路径的优化;最后,针对发卡式绕组和次级板开槽2种改进,利用推导的解析计算公式和3D有限元仿真软件,分别计算双边型直线感应电机的气隙磁密分布和电磁推力特性曲线。对比分析表明:发卡式全填充绕组的使用不仅能削弱直线感应电机的推力波动,还能有效提升电磁推力的大小,提高直线感应电机的运行性能;改进次级开槽结构可有效提升电机的电磁推力,增大推力密度。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the electromagnetic thrust characteristics of double sided long primary linear induction motor(DSLPLIM) used in electromagnetic ejection and space experiment system, the analytical expression of air-gap magnetic density of DSLPLIM considering end-effect was deduced based on electromagnetic field theory and integral calculation of primary traveling wave current layer and secondary current. Then, in order to weaken the ripple of electromagnetic thrust, a type of full-filled winding was used to improve the sinusoidal distribution of air-gap flux density of DSLPLIM. And in order to enhance the electromagnetic thrust of DSLPLIM, a type of slotted secondary plate structure was adopted to optimize the eddy current path. Finally, the air gap flux density distribution and electromagnetic thrust characteristic curves of the DSLPLIM were calculated by using the deduced analytical formulas and 3 D finite element simulation software respectively. The comparison results show that the full-filled winding can not only weaken the electromagnetic thrust ripple, but also effectively increase the magnitude of the electromagnetic thrust, and the operational performances of the DSLPLIM are improved. And the modified secondary slotting structure can effectively enhance the electromagnetic thrust of the motor and improve the thrust density.
