微型燃气轮机中低热值燃烧室设计及试验研究

Experimental Study of a Low Calorific Value Combustor for Micro Gas Turbine

  • 摘要: 微型燃气轮机发电是生物质气化等工艺产生的中低热值燃气的重要利用途径。基于热值为7.5MJ/m3(标准状态)的生物质气和E100型天然气微型燃气轮机设计了一种"单旋流多孔燃料喷射"中低热值低排放燃烧室,并进行了燃烧室部件试验。低压部件试验表明所设计的燃烧室点火顺利、在设计出口温度下燃烧效率高于98.5%、氮氧化物排放小于20 mg/m3。实验结果表明所设计的燃烧室可以实现中低热值燃料的高效稳定低排放燃烧,证明了燃烧室的可靠性,可以进行下一步的整机试验研究。

     

    Abstract: Generating electricity by micro gas turbine(MGT) is an important way to utilize medium and low calorific value(LCV) gas produced by biomass gasification and other processes. Based on the E100 MGT and a bio-syngas with a calorific value of 7.5 MJ/m3, this study proposed a "single swirler multi injection" combustor for LCV applications, and experimental tests were carried out on combustor test rig. Component testing results show that the combustor has good ignition stability and combustion efficiency is above 98.5% and NOx emission is smaller than 20 mg/m3 at design outlet temperature. The results indicate that the new designed combustor can realize high efficiency, stable and low emission combustion of medium and low calorific value fuel. The designed combustor is reliable and can be further tested on MGT test cell.
