环境约束下含多能园区的新型城镇双层组合优化经济调度

Bi-level Joint Optimization Economic Dispatch of New-type Town With Multi-energy Parks Under Environmental Constraints

  • 摘要: 新型城镇生态文明需要考虑实时环境约束,其中多能园区碳排放量对新型城镇的环境影响不可忽视。该文构造了含多能园区的新型城镇环境约束优化调度模型,其上层经济调度将考虑新型城镇实时环境而限定碳排放约束,并按照各多能园区历史排放量分解为各多能园区实时碳排放约束;下层多能园区综合能源优化调度将考虑经济运行最优目标,同时满足实时碳排放约束;不能满足约束或超额满足时,多能园区将通过参加碳交易,进行碳指标买入或卖出。该模型通过新型城镇和多能园区上下层协调优化,以综合能源经济运行为优化目标,考虑了通过碳交易对多能园区进行排放控制的经济性激励,从而满足新型城镇整体环境要求。以序列二次规划法结合原始-对偶路径跟踪内点法求解该非线性、多维度、双层组合优化模型。算例结果表明:该方法能够提高新型城镇多种能源协同运行的经济性和环保性。

     

    Abstract: New urban ecological civilization needs to consider real-time environmental constraints, and the impact of carbon emissions from multi-energy parks(MEPs) on the environment of new towns cannot be ignored. This paper constructed an economic dispatching model with environmental constraints for new urban with MEPs. The upper level economic dispatch considered the new real-time urban environment and limit carbon emission constraints, and then decomposed them into real-time carbon emission constraints according to the historical emissions of MEPs. The lower level MEPs considered the optimal objective of economic operation and met the real time carbon emission constraints. When the constraints or excess satisfaction cannot be met, the MEPs will buy or sell carbon indicators by participating in carbon trading. By coordinating and optimizing the upper and lower levels of new towns and multi-energy industrial parks, the model took the comprehensive energy economy operation as the optimization objective, and considered the economic incentive of emission control of MEPs through carbon trading, and then met the overall environmental requirements of new towns. The sequential quadratic programming(SQP) combined with the prime-dual path tracking interior point(DPTIP) method was used to solve the non-linear, multi-dimensional and bi-level joint optimization model. The example results show that the method can improve the economy and environmental protection of multi-energy co-operation in new urban areas.
