风光储微电网容量规划中的典型日选取方法

Typical Day Selection Method for Capacity Planning of Microgrid With Wind Turbine-Photovoltaic and Energy Storage

  • 摘要: 针对微电网容量规划中的典型日选取问题,该文综合考虑资源和负荷总量特征、分布特征、典型性和极端性,构建了典型日选取综合评估指标体系,结合混合整形多目标线性优化建立了典型日选取模型,采用两阶段模糊规划分配典型日权重,减小了典型日与原始数据间的误差。基于典型日选取,建立了微电网风光储双层规划模型,上层模型以最大化微电网运营商净收益为目标,优化风光储容量配置;下层模型考虑了微电网的经济调度。基于综合评估指标体系得到的典型日选取结果可进一步提高规划结果的精度,同时有效减少规划的设计时间。最后,选取中国西部某地的实测数据,验证了所提模型和求解方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the typical day selection problem in microgrid capacity planning, this paper comprehensively considered the total characteristics, distribution characteristics, typicality and extremity of resources and load, and constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system of typical day selection, which was combined with mix integer multi-objective linear optimization to establish a typical day selection model. This model used a two-stage fuzzy plan to assign typical day weights, which reduced the error between typical days and origin data. Based on the typical day selection, a bi-level planning model for microgrid was established. The upper model aims to maximize the net profit of the microgrid operator and optimize the configuration of the wind-solar and storage capacity. The lower-level model considers the economic dispatch of the microgrid. The typical daily selection results based on the comprehensive evaluation index system can further improve the accuracy of the planning results and effectively reduce the planning and design time. Finally, the measured data of a certain area in western China was selected to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and the solution.
