摘要: 合理的调峰补偿可以有效激励热电联产机组参与电网调峰、促进风电消纳。该文对热电联产机组的调峰补偿问题进行研究,通过优化有偿调峰补偿价格和热力系统内调峰收益分配策略,激励热电联产机组充分利用热力系统的储热装置和辅助热源提升电力系统调峰灵活性。首先,考虑热力系统的详细运行模型与热电联产机组时序调峰能力的供热耦合特性,建立热电联产调峰补偿优化定价模型,并提出有效求解算法;然后,分析热力系统中各热源和储热装置对热电联产调峰能力的贡献,基于Shapley值方法,提出热力系统内部调峰收益分配策略。最后,通过仿真验证方法的有效性,并分析优化调峰补偿价格和调峰收益分配策略随供热、风电场景的变化规律。Abstract: Appropriate peak regulation compensation can motivate the combined heat and power(CHP) units to participate in power system peak regulation and hence promote wind power accommodation. This paper focused on the peak regulation compensation issue for CHP units. By optimizing the peak regulation compensation price for CHP units and properly allocate the peak regulation profit in each district heating system(DHS), the CHP units are effectively motivated to utilize the thermal energy storage device and supplementary heating sources in the DHS to improve the peak regulation flexibility. Firstly, an optimization model for peak regulation compensation price decision was proposed and the corresponding solving algorithm was discussed, with a careful consideration of the DHS operation model and the coupling feature of the CHP units’ time-series peak regulation ability. Secondly, the contribution of each heat supply device in the DHS for power system peak regulation was analyzed, and a profit allocation method was proposed based on the Shapley value to properly share the peak regulation profit in each DHS. The simulation result shows the validity of the proposed methods. The change of the optimal compensation price and profit allocation strategy with heating load and wind penetration was also analyzed.
