脱硫废水旋转雾化及其干燥蒸发特性试验研究

摘要: 旋转喷雾干燥是实现脱硫废水零排放的一种重要技术手段。利用多普勒三维粒度分析仪(PDA)测试分析了旋转雾化器出口脱硫废水的粒径分布特性,考察了废水组分及物性等对雾化特性的影响;并利用脱硫废水喷雾干燥试验平台开展了不同烟气物性、脱硫废水水质及喷雾干燥条件下的脱硫废水蒸发特性试验研究。结果表明,旋转雾化器具有良好的变工况适应能力,雾化液滴粒径主要集中在30μm以下,高盐废水雾化过程中会产生少量大粒径液滴,但对蒸发过程无明显影响,热烟气与废水流量比在1.0~1.3*10~4m3/t范围内能够实现良好的干燥效果。Abstract: Rotary spray drying method is an important technology to achieve zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater. PDA was used to test and analyze the particle size distribution of the desulfurization wastewater from the rotary atomizer outlet, and the atomization law of the desulfurization wastewater under different operating parameters was obtained.Desulfurization wastewater was spray-dried and evaporated using a coal-fired experimental platform, and the morphology of the evaporated product was analyzed.The results show that the rotary atomizer has good speed and flow adaptability, and the atomized droplet size is mainly concentrated below 30μm.A small amount of large particle size droplets will be produced during the atomization of high-salt wastewater, but has no significant effect on the evaporation process. Good drying efficiency can be achieved when the flow ratio of hot flue gas to wastewater is in the range of 1.0~1.3*10~4 m~3/t.
