一种基于优化占空比的五相永磁同步电机直接转矩控制算法

A Direct Torque Control Scheme of Five-phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine Based on Optimized Duty Ratio

  • 摘要: 基于占空比的五相永磁同步电机直接转矩控制(direct torque control with duty ratio,DTC-DR)算法具有实现简单、动态响应快等优点,但其存在定子电流低次谐波含量较高的问题。虽然基于虚拟电压矢量集占空比优化的直接转矩控制(virtual voltage vectors based DTC-DR,V3-DTC-DR)算法可以有效地抑制低次谐波电流,但其降低直流母线电压利用率,电机调速范围受限。为解决上述低次谐波抑制与直流母线电压利用率不可兼顾的问题,该文提出一种基于优化占空比的直接转矩控制算法,不仅具有优越的稳态性能和良好的谐波抑制能力,同时与V3-DTC-DR算法相比,可提高约17%的直流母线电压利用率,即扩宽电机调速范围。最后,将所提算法与DTC-DR和V3-DTC-DR算法进行实验对比研究,实验结果验证所提算法的可行性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: Direct torque control with duty ratio(DTC-DR) schemes of five-phase permanent-magnet synchronous machines(PMSMs) are very simple and can achieve fast dynamic performance. However, low-order harmonic components of stator currents are very serious. Virtual voltage vectors based direct torque control with duty ratio(V3-DTC-DR) scheme had been proposed to eliminate the low order harmonics successfully, but it led to the utilization reduction of dc-link voltage, and the speed regulation range was limited. The aforementioned two schemes cannot achieve the improvement of dc-link voltage utilization, and eliminate the low order harmonic simultaneously. In order to solve this problem, a new type of direct torque control with the optimized duty ratio(DTC-ODR) scheme was proposed, which can realize the perfect steady-state performance and the low-order harmonic elimination. In addition, the proposed method can improve the utilization of DC-link voltage by about 17%, compared with V3-DTC-DR, and as a result, the speed regulation range was improved. Finally, a performance comparison of the proposed DTC-ODR, DTC-DR and V3-DTC-DR schemes had been presented on the five-phase PMSM drive experimental platform. The experimental results had verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
