基于参数化隶属度匹配函数的含分布式发电配电网模糊潮流计算

Fuzzy Power Flow Calculation in Distribution Networks With Distributed Generation Based on Parameterized Membership Matching Function

  • 摘要: 随着分布式发电渗透水平增长、负荷波动性加强,配电网所面临的不确定性因素日益复杂和严峻,在给配电网规划和调度等环节带来挑战的同时,也间接对不确定性潮流计算的准确性提出了更高的要求。针对含分布式发电与负荷不确定性对配电网潮流分析带来的影响,该文提出新型模糊潮流计算方法。首先分析分布式发电与负荷采样数据的嵌套特性,构建基于隶属度匹配函数的功率模糊模型,弥补常规方法理论基础不充分和主观性较强的问题。然后,采用参数化隶属度匹配函数改进前推回代法,通过含参迭代计算实现配电网模糊潮流的求解,避免?截集分解和线性近似所引起的低运算速度或低计算精度。最后,通过实际配电网进行算例仿真与分析,结果不仅能够合理表征出分布式发电与负荷的不确定性,还可定量分析由此所导致的电压水平和功率分布数值的可能性变化情况,验证了所提模糊潮流计算方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: As the increase of distributed generation penetration level and load volatility, the uncertainties in distribution networks are coming complex and severe. While bring challenges to the planning and operation of distribution network, which also indirectly requests higher accuracy of uncertainty power flow calculation. Concerning the impact of distributed generation and load uncertainty on power flow analysis in distribution network, a new fuzzy power flow calculation method is proposed. Firstly, the nested characteristics of distributed generation and load sampling data are analysed, and power fuzzy model based on membership matching function is constructed to make up the insufficient basis and subjective in fuzzy modelling of conventional method. Then, the parameterized membership matching function is combined with forward-backward sweep method. By using parametric iterative operation, the fuzzy power flow of the distribution network is solved, which avoids the low operation speed or low calculation precision of a-cuts decomposition and approximation processing. Finally, a practical distribution network is used in case study, the results can not only reasonably characterize the uncertainty of distributed generation and load, but also quantitatively analyse the possible changes of voltage profile and power distribution values, which verified the validity of the proposed fuzzy power flow calculation method.
