基于谐振控制器的谐波削极型永磁同步电机转矩脉动抑制策略

Torque Ripple Suppression of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor With Harmonic Shaped Rotors Based on Resonance Controllers

  • 摘要: 随着永磁同步电机在高性能伺服控制场合中的广泛应用,对其输出转矩平滑度的要求也随之提高。然而,电机结构设计的非理想、逆变器的非线性特性以及恶劣的运行工况都会导致永磁同步电机的输出转矩存在较大的脉动。针对逆变器非线性、低载波比等造成的电流谐波产生的转矩脉动,该文利用谐振控制器减小电流谐波,从而有效地降低了电机转矩脉动。为验证算法的有效性,搭建了基于dSPACE的控制平台,通过对谐波削极型永磁同步电机样机的实验可知,谐振控制器能够有效补偿谐波削极型永磁同步电机定子谐波电流,进而有效地降低电机转矩脉动。

     

    Abstract: The permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM) are widely used in high-performance applications such as servo control, where the low torque ripple is required. However, the undesirability of the motor structure, the nonlinearity of power converters and the bad operating conditions will lead to high output torque ripples. In this paper, a resonance controller was proposed to reduce the harmonic currents caused by nonlinearity of power converters and low carrier ratios, then to reduce torque ripples of the motor. In order to validate the algorithm, a control platform based on the dSPACE was built and an experiment on the PMSM with harmonic shaped rotors was conducted. The experimental results show that the resonance controller can compensate harmonic currents of motor stators effectively, and then to reduce the torque ripple of PMSM with harmonic shaped rotors effectively.
