Confronting Problem and Challenge of Large Scale AC-DC Hybrid Power Grid Operation

  • 摘要: 交直流混联电网是电网发展的新形态,具有脆弱性、可控性、连锁故障等特点。保证我国已经建成的大型交直流混联电网优质、高效、安全、可靠运行是重大而紧迫的国家需求。该文针对大型交直流混联电网安全运行所面临的问题,分析了混联电网的结构特点和特性,凝练了亟待解决的两大科学问题和一项关键技术,从混联电网运行稳定特性分析及控制技术、混联电网故障特性分析与保护技术、混联电网仿真技术3个方面,分别剖析所存在的具体问题,给出了对这些问题的初步分析和解决思路,同时给出了可能的解决方案,为大型交直流混联电网安全运行研究指明方向。最后的仿真案例直观展示了这些问题的复杂性和解决问题的迫切性。

     

    Abstract: Hybrid AC/DC power grid is the new form of power grid development. Its feature is vulnerability,controllability, cascading fault, and so on. In China, it is a significant and urgent national demand to guarantee the high quality, high efficiency, security and reliable operation of existent large AC/DC hybrid power grids. To solve the facing problems of large AC/DC power grids safe operation, this article analyzed hybrid grid’s structural characteristics and condensed two scientific problems which had to be solved urgently and a key technology. Existing specific problems were analyzed from three aspects, which were hybrid grid’s steady operation characteristic analysis and control technology, faultcharacteristic analysis and protection technology, and simulation technology, respectively. These problem’s preliminary analysis and potential solution were given. Research direction of large AC/DC hybrid power grids safe operation was indicated. Complexity of these problems and urgency of solving these problems were shown directly by the last simulation case.
