母线保护TA饱和快速闭锁与再开放判据研究
Research on TA Saturation Fast Blocking and Reopening Criterion for Bus Protection

摘要: 为解决母线区外近端故障导致的TA极端快速饱和进而引起母线保护误动作的问题,该文首次引入工频变化量距离保护原理实现一种适用于母线差动保护的TA饱和闭锁与再开放方案。提出一种母线保护再开放判据,以实现区外、区内故障转换时母线保护的迅速开放。理论分析和仿真结果表明,所提闭锁判据能明确区分内部故障和区外TA饱和,即使出现TA超快速深度饱和,该闭锁判据能够快速可靠闭锁母线保护;在转换性故障时,保护再开放判据也能迅速解除闭锁信号,允许母线保护快速响应转换性故障。Abstract: Bus external fault where is close to the bus, often leads to the extreme fast saturation of TA. That may cause the bus mal-operation. In order to solve this problem, a new TA saturation blocking and reopening scheme, on basis of superimposed distance protection(SDP) was proposed. And a new criterion for bus protection reopening was proposed in the paper. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed blocking criterion can clearly distinguish internal faults, external faults and TA saturation from each other. Even the TA is super-fast deep saturated, the locking criterion can rapidly and reliably block bus protection. When an evolved fault happens, the reopening criterion can rapidly relieve blocking signal so that the fault can be quickly removed.
