A Novel Three-Vector Model Predictive Current Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

  • 摘要: 永磁同步电机采用双矢量模型预测电流控制时,在单个采样周期内输出电压矢量方向受限,电流脉动较大。该文提出一种新型三矢量模型预测电流控制策略,通过6次在线电流预测选择第一最优电压矢量;在选择第二最优电压矢量时只需判断第一最优电压矢量所产生预测电流值与参考电流之间的误差矢量所处扇区编号,其选取原则是减少该电流误差;最后引入零矢量调节输出电压矢量幅值,故输出电压矢量方向、幅值均可调节。基本电压矢量作用时间由d、q轴电流无差拍控制原则计算得出。实验结果表明,该文所提方法能有效减小电流脉动,具有良好的动静态性能。

     

    Abstract: The direction of output voltage vector is limited and the current ripples is large in a single sampling period,when the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)adopts two-vector model predictive current control strategy. A novel three-vector model predictive current control strategy was proposed in this paper. The first optimal voltage vector was selected based on 6 times on-line current prediction. When selecting the second optimal voltage vector, it only needed to judge the sector number of the error vector between the predictive current value produced by the first optimal voltage vector and the reference current value, and its selection principle was to reduce the error. Finally, the zero vector was introduced to adjust the amplitude of the output voltage vector.So the output voltage vector direction and amplitude could be adjusted. The basic voltage vectors actuation durations were calculated by the current deadbeat control principle of d and q axis. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the current ripples and has a good dynamic property and steady state behavior.
