基于尺度不变特征转换的暂态稳定边界特征提取

Research on Feature Extraction of Transient Stability Boundary Based on Scale Invariant Feature Transform Algorithm

  • 摘要: 临界暂态稳定的边界问题是评价电力系统暂态稳定性的核心问题之一,准确刻画临界暂态稳定的边界特征对电力系统暂态稳定评估具有重要意义。当前在暂态稳定评估时,常常由于无法对电网临界状态给出准确判断,使安全评估存在模糊区域。为此该文采用尺度不变特征转换(scale invariant featuretransform,SIFT)算法对临界暂态稳定展开边界特征的提取挖掘。首先基于暂态稳定单机模型及能量函数,直观刻画系统的临界暂态稳定状态;并在分析了"源-网"特征的相关性后,选取最能表征电网稳定状态且相互之间存在较为紧密联系的"源-网"状态量作为算法输入特征;接着利用SIFT算法,对"源-网"各状态量进行特征匹配,通过构造的匹配评估指标,对匹配结果进行精准量化;最后基于IEEE-39节点系统及河南电网仿真算例验证了所提算法的有效性。研究结果表明,该方法能有效识别电网临界暂态稳定状态,支撑电网实现暂态稳定的精细化评估。

     

    Abstract: The boundary problem of critical transient stability is one of the core issues in evaluating the transient stability of power systems. Accurately characterizing the boundary features of critical transient stability is of great significance for power system transient stability assessment. However, in the current transient stability assessment, it is not possible to give the critical state of power grid accurate judgment, so that the safety assessment of the fuzzy area, this paper used an scale invariant feature transform(SIFT) algorithm for the critical transient stability of the boundary feature extraction and mining. In this paper, firstly, the models and functions of transient stability were introduced to derive the critical transient stability problem. After analyzing the correlation of the source-network features, the source-network state variables which can best represent the stable state of the power grid and are closely related to each other are selected as the input features of the algorithm. The SIFT algorithm was used to match the features of the source-network, and the matching node was constructed by constructing the matching evaluation index. Finally, the proposed algorithm was verified by the IEEE-39 bus system and the Henan power grid simulation example. The results show that this method can effectively identify the critical transient stability state of power grid and provide a strong support for the refined evaluation of power grid.
