电厂锅炉给水系统金属材料的腐蚀在线监测

On-line Corrosion Monitoring of Metal Materials in Boiler Feedwater System of Power Plants

  • 摘要: 目前火力发电厂主要通过水汽指标的监测评价其对系统内金属材料的腐蚀性,水质指标不能反应金属材料的实际腐蚀状态。文中采用安装在锅炉省煤器取样管处的电阻探头,在线测量某600MW亚临界机组运行和停炉保护期间,给水系统金属材料的腐蚀损耗。通过分析锅炉运行工况对测量的腐蚀损耗曲线的影响,研究了锅炉运行工况对腐蚀速率测量的影响;通过对比分析给水水质腐蚀性指标的变化规律和测量的腐蚀速率的变化规律,研究在线监测系统测量数据的可靠性。研究结果表明:1)锅炉运行状况发生改变时,测量的腐蚀损耗曲线会上移或下移,依据腐蚀损耗曲线的斜率计算腐蚀速率时,应分段计算不同运行状态的腐蚀损耗曲线对应的腐蚀速率,减少状态变化对腐蚀速率计算值的影响;2)腐蚀在线监测系统可以在线监测锅炉运行时和停炉保护时的给水系统金属材质的腐蚀速率,该监测结果为锅炉运行期间给水处理工艺和停炉期间停炉保护的工艺的控制和调整提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Water and steam corrosivity to metal materials is mainly evaluated by monitoring the water quality index, but the water quality index fails to directly reflect the real corrosion state of the metal materials. An electric resistance probe installed in the location where boiler economizer sample tube was located was used to on line monitor the corrosion losses of the feedwater system metal materials during boiler operation and shut down protection of a 600 MW subcritical unit. The influences of the boiler operational conditions on the measurement of the corrosion rates were studied by analyzing the influences of the boiler operational conditions on the measurement of the curves of corrosion losses The reliability of measured data was studied by comparing and analyzing the changes of corrosively index of feed water quality and the changes of measured corrosion rates. The results show that: 1)The measured corrosion loss curves will be shifted up or down when boiler operation conditions were changed. The corrosion rates corresponding to corrosion loss curves under different operation conditions shall be calculated in a stepwise manner,so as to reduce the impact of the boiler condition change on corrosion rate calculations. when we calculate corrosion rates using the slopes of corrosion loss curves i because piecewise calculation of corrosion rates ca; 2) The on line corrosion monitoring system can monitor the corrosion rate of the metal materials in feed water system during the time of boiler operation and shut down protection. The monitoring results provide reference for the application of both feed water treatment methods of operating boilers and boiler shut down protection methods.
