1000MW高超超临界二次再热系统优化

Optimization of 1000MW High Ultra-Supercritical Double-Reheat System

  • 摘要: 目前高效清洁的燃煤发电越来越受到高度重视。文中以1000MW常规超超临界二次再热机组为基础,提出一种蒸汽参数为35MPa/600/610/610的1000MW高超超临界二次再热机组的热力系统方案,通过计算比较1000MW高超超临界二次再热机组的热力系统比常规超超临界二次再热机组,热效率提高0.92%。针对该机组回热抽汽过热度高,在传热过程中损失大,提出2种方案:采用外置式蒸汽冷却器系统和采用回热式汽轮机系统,对2种方案进行研究比较。结果表明:外置式蒸汽冷却器系统和回热式汽轮机系统比高超超临界二次再热机组发电效率增加0.34%和1.87%。采用回热式汽轮机系统最高发电效率能到达48.84%,节能效果显著。

     

    Abstract: At present, efficient and clean coal power generation is receiving more and more attention. A kind of steam was proposed based on the current 1000 MW conventional supercritical reheating unit. Parameters for35 MPa/600/610/610 1000 MW high double reheat supercritical unit of thermal system solution. By comparing calculation of1000 MW high ultra-Supercritical double-reheat system compared to the conventional ultra-supercritical double-reheat unit, the thermal efficiency increases by about 0.92%. The exhaust steam of the unit was high in heat extraction and the loss was large in the heat transfer process.Two schemes were proposed : the external steam cooler system and the regenerative steam turbine system were used to compare the two schemes. The results show that the power generation efficiency of the external steam cooler system and the regenerative steam turbine system is 0.34% and 1.87% higher than that of the supercritical double reheating unit. The maximum power generation efficiency of the regenerative steam turbine system can reach 48.84% and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
