五相圆筒永磁电机统一容错矢量控制

A Unified Fault-tolerant Vector Control for Tubular Permanent Magnet Motors

  • 摘要: 为使五相圆筒永磁电机(tubularpermanentmagnet motor,TPMM)在发生相开路故障和相短路故障时,仍然具有优良的动态性能,同时提供平滑的推力,该文提出一种统一容错矢量控制策略。根据非故障相容错电流推导降阶正交变换矩阵;利用相短路电流和反电势的关系设计电压补偿器,建立TPMM相开路和相短路故障状态下的统一数学模型。在此基础上,为提高TPMM在相开路和相短路故障下的稳态和动态性能,同时为简化控制策略,将降阶正交变换矩阵代替传统矢量控制策略中的克拉克变换矩阵,并且对两相静止坐标系上的电压进行补偿。实验结果验证了所提控制策略的可行性。

     

    Abstract: To obtain the high dynamic performance and smooth thrust force after open-circuit and short-circuit faults occurrence, a novel unified fault-tolerant vector control(UFT-VC) for five phase tubular permanent magnet motor(TPMM) was proposed. According to the fault-tolerant currents of the remaining healthy phases, a new reduced-order orthogonal transformation matrix was derived. Based on the relationship between the short-circuit current and its fault-phase back electromotive force, a voltage compensator was designed. Then, a unified mathematic model was built when TPMM was with open-circuit or short-circuit fault.Finally, the reduced-order orthogonal transformation matrix was used to substitute for the Clarke’s matrix, and the voltage compensator was added in the two-phase stationary frame.Therefore, the high steady-state and dynamic performances can be achieved, and also the strategy is easy to implement. The validated results of experiments demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed strategy.
