SCR脱硝系统流道均流装置数值模拟与优化

Numerical Simulation and Optimization of SCR DeNOx System Flow Channel Flow-equalizing Equipment

  • 摘要: 为改善某选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)烟气脱硝系统流道的流场分布,采用ANSYS-Fluent软件对该流道流动情况进行数值模拟,利用正交试验方法设计18组计算工况,分析不同结构参数的导流板、多孔板、整流格栅对喷氨格栅(ammonia injection grid,AIG)上游和第1层催化剂入口速度均匀性的影响。模拟结果表明:多孔板开孔率对AIG上游速度均匀性影响最大,整流格栅间距对第1层催化剂入口速度均匀性影响最大;在优化方案下,AIG上游相对标准偏差系数Cv1值为3.94%,第1层催化剂入口相对标准偏差系数Cv2值为4.33%,系统压降为517Pa。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the flow field distribution in a selective catalytic reduction(SCR) flue gas deNOx system flow channel, the flow of the flow channel was numerically simulated by ANSYS-Fluent software, 18 sets of calculation conditions were designed by orthogonal test method, and the influence of velocity uniformity through deflectors with different structural parameters, porous plates, rectifier grids to the ammonia injection grid(AIG) upstream and the entrance of the first layer catalyst were analyzed. The simulation results show that: affecting the velocity uniformity of AIG upstream greatly is the open ratio of porous plate, affecting the velocity uniformity of entrance of the first layer catalyst greatly is rectifier grid spacing; under the optimization scheme, the relative standard deviation coefficient Cv1 value of the AIG upstream is 3.94%, the relative standard deviation coefficient Cv2 value of the entrance of the first layer catalyst is 4.33%, the system pressure drop is 517 Pa.
