摘要: 针对分布式低压光伏发电系统,提出一种单相无变压器无漏电流集成升压光伏逆变器。该逆变器通过复用Boost功率器件,将Boost直流变换器和传统桥式逆变器融合在一起,通过统一调制可同时实现将直流侧电压源升压和逆变的功能。另外,该逆变器的结构具有直流输入侧的负端与交流输出侧的中性点直接相连的特征,使得光伏阵列对地寄生电容的电压为常量,有效抑制了对地漏电流的产生,从而提高光伏发电的可靠性及发电效率。详细分析集成升压逆变器的工作原理,给出开关管的统一调制方法,推导电压增益的表达式。最后,通过一台实验样机进行实验验证,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。Abstract: In order to adapt to the distributed low voltage photovoltaic(PV) power generation system, this paper presented a single phase integrated Boost photovoltaic inverter without transformer and leakage currents. The proposed inverter combines the Boost DC-DC converter with the traditional voltage source inverter by multiplexing the Boost power device, which can realize the function of inverter and voltage Boost relative to DC source by unified modulation. In addition, the structure of the inverter has the characteristics of direct connection between the negative side of the DC input side and the neutral point of the AC output side. Therefore, the voltage of the parasitic capacitance on the PV array is constant,which can effectively suppress the generation of leakage current, thus improving the reliability and power generation efficiency of photovoltaic power generation. The working principle of the Boost inverter was analyzed in detail, and the uniform modulation method of the switch tube was given, and the expression of voltage gain was derived. Finally, the experimental prototype was used to verify the experiment, and the experimental results verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
