基于全桥变换器的开关磁阻电机直接转矩控制

Direct Torque Control of Switched Reluctance Motors Based on Full-bridge Converter

  • 摘要: 不对称半桥变换器作为开关磁阻电机最常使用的功率电路,控制性能良好,能够最大程度发挥开关磁阻电机的性能,但是目前相关产品并不成熟。该文选取一种通用全桥变换器直接与开关磁阻电机各相绕组的连接方式,优化两相串联导通的逻辑,并且在此基础上依据串联导通的作用时间和相序划分各导通逻辑的区间。将改变电机运行状态的各有效开关组合与区间一一对应,配合直接转矩控制方法产生的转矩滞环信号,在各区间内对转矩进行滞环调节,最大程度抑制转矩脉动。实验结果表明,全桥变换器下的直接转矩控制逻辑具有良好的动、稳态性能。

     

    Abstract: The asymmetric-half-bridge power converter can maximize the performance of the switched reluctance motor(SRM) thus it has been widely used for SRM drive.However, there is no integrated asymmetric-half-bridge power module available on market. This paper optimized the two-phase series operation logic based on star connection between a SRM and a full-bridge power converter. Specific sectors were divided according to the width of each operation logic and the switching sequence. In order to suppress the torque ripple at every sector, torque hysteresis-loop control was introduced. Switches’ states of each phase were combined together to response to the torque hysteresis signals generated by the direct torque control(DTC) algorithm. The experimental results proved that the DTC method under full-bridge converter has good performances.
