多重交错并联开路电路故障检测

Multi-phase Interleaved Converter Open Circuit Fault Diagnosis

  • 摘要: 多重交错并联电路被广泛用于风机、光伏发电、电动汽车等领域。该拓扑结构具有电流波纹小、传输效率高以及功率因数小等优点。但该结构中的支路一旦发生开路故障,系统的性能则严重下降。为有效识别出该电路的开路故障以便进行容错控制,该文提出一种能同时判别出多个故障支路的故障诊断算法,将传统的单相故障检测推广到多相。该算法根据多重交错并联电路的结构特点预测出支路电流,使用最小二乘法对输入电流和预测的支路电流进行求解,可以得到每一相支路的工作状态,从而识别出电路的故障位置。实验以及仿真结果证明了该算法的有效性,以及对噪声的鲁棒性。

     

    Abstract: Multi-phase interleaved converters is widely used in photo voltaic power generation, electric vehicles, fuel cells and other fields, which have advantages including volume reducing, high conversion efficiency, small current ripple, and lower voltage stress on devices comparing to other topologies.When an open-circuit fault occurs in a branch, there will be a serious decline in system performance. In order to identify the circuit fault in time and employ fault-tolerant strategy, this paper presented a fault diagnosis algorithm that can identify multiple simultaneous faults. The algorithm predicts the phase current according to the structural characteristics of the circuit,and then the least squares method was adopted to determine the operating state of each branch based on the input current and the predicted phase current. Simulations and experiment show that the algorithm is simple and robust to noise.
