Research and Retrofit of CFB Boiler Coal Screening System Correction

  • 摘要: 入炉煤粒度对循环流化床锅炉燃烧和传热具有重要影响,结合某厂入炉煤筛分系统存在的问题提出了新型交叉筛改造方案并完成了工程应用。改造结果显示,入炉煤13mm以上颗粒的质量份额大幅下降,平均底渣含碳量由3.7%降低至2.1%,新型交叉筛改造成本低,筛分效率高,提高了循环流化床锅炉破碎筛分系统的可靠性,取得了显著的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The coal particle size has a significant influence on the combustion and heat-transfer in the CFB boiler. Based on the existing problems of the current coal-screening system in a certain plant, this paper provided a new modification scheme of the cross sieve and its actual effects in engineering application. The results show that after retrofit, the mass fraction of the coal particles larger than 13 mm sharply decreases, and the average carbon content in the bottom slag drops from 3.7% to 2.1%. The new-type cross seive has both a low reform cost and a high screening efficiency. It would play an important part in enhancing the reliability of the screening system in CFB boilers and achieving remarkable economic benefits.
