电力系统新型振荡问题浅析

摘要: 简要回顾了电力系统振荡问题的研究,整理了近年来电力电子变流器广泛接入背景下的新型振荡现象及其共性特征,探讨了其与传统振荡在物理特性和数学表达上的异同,尝试借助经典文氏桥正弦波发生器电路解释新型振荡问题的发生机理和分析方法,提出阻抗网络建模及基于阻抗频率特性的判稳原则,采用风电系统次同步振荡实例展示其应用于分析复杂电网的潜力。Abstract: The studies on power system oscillations were briefly reviewed. The emerging oscillation phenomena in modern power systems with increasing penetration of power electronic converters and their common characteristics were summarized. The similarities and differences among the traditional oscillations were discussed in terms of physical properties and mathematical representations. The classic Wienbridge sine-wave oscillator is used to explain the mechanism and analysis of new oscillation issues. This paper further proposed the concept of impedance network modeling and the stability criterion based on the frequency characteristics of the aggregated impedance. Their potentials of evaluating the new oscillation problems in large-scale power grids were demonstrated with actual subsynchronous oscillation incidents in wind power systems.
