高比例光伏发电并网条件下中国远景电源结构探讨

摘要: 世界范围内对环境保护的逐步重视以及化石能源的日益枯竭,推动了可再生能源发电技术的迅速发展。随着光伏等可再生能源发电在电源结构中的比重逐步提高,其对电力系统规划、运行等方面的影响也日益明显。基于此,该文以2050年为研究水平年,探讨了高比例光伏并网条件下中国远景电源结构。研究未来高比例光伏发电并网对系统电力平衡和调峰平衡的影响,分析了远景年光伏造价和储能造价对系统电源结构及新能源消纳的影响,以期对我国未来电源规划和建设提供参考。Abstract: The increased focus on environmental protection and the problem of lack of fossil energy around the world has prompted the rapid development of renewable energy power generation technology. As the proportion of renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic(PV) power generation in the power generation structure increases gradually, its impact on power system planning, operation and so on is increasingly obvious. This paper payed attention to the prospect of China power generation structure with high proportion of photovoltaic generation. And some related conclusions and suggestions have been presented to provide reference for the future power system planning and operation.
