Abstract:
Active distribution grid is the core carrier of city energy internetwork. Its capacity of providing high reliable power supply and conducting flexible regulation is the key foundation for achieving the interconnection, comprehensive utilization and optimized sharing of urban energy mix. A solution to reliable and flexible active distribution grid construction in Suzhou was proposed in this paper. The features of Suzhou’s urban grid and the needs of Suzhou in constructing an energy transition city had been taken into consideration. In this solution, technologies such as AC/DC hybrid grid, plug and play, high-quality power supply construction, flexible DC closed-loop were adopted to construct a flexible and reliable active distribution grid. In this active distribution grid,technology of power source/grid/load/power storage coordinated optimization and control were utilized to realize the comprehensive utilization and coordinated optimization of energy mix in Suzhou. The solution proposed in this paper can be used for reference in constructing an active distribution grid that can support urban energy internet.
