变电站分裂导线弯曲性能研究

摘要: 变电站用分裂导线的弯曲力学性能对耦联电气设备的地震响应有重要影响。为获取考虑导线弯曲刚度的分裂导线弯曲力学性能,该文提出基于链式梁约束模型(chained beam-constraint-model,CBCM)的分裂导线弯曲刚度理论模型。在链式梁约束模型的基础上,分裂导线弯曲刚度理论模型考虑集中力的影响、间隔棒的约束作用及分裂导线的几何约束。利用该模型对一些典型算例及一些分裂导线参数进行分析,分裂导线弯曲刚度模型结果与已有试验结果及有限元结果吻合较好。表明提出的分裂导线弯曲理论模型具有一定的有效性,能用于分裂导线弯曲力学性能的研究。Abstract: The flexural mechanical properties of bundled conductors in substations have great influence on the seismic responses of coupling electrical equipment. To obtain the flexural mechanical properties of bundled conductor as the bending stiffness of sub-conductors were concerned, a flexural mechanism model of bundled conductor based on chained beam-constraint-model(CBCM) was established in this paper. Based on CBCM, the influence of concentrated forces, the constraint effects of spacers and the geometric constraints were considered in the bundled conductor flexural mechanism model. Several typical examples and some parameters of bundled conductors were analyzed and the results of the bundled conductor model anastomosed the test results and finite element results well. What could be concluded is that the bundled conductor flexural mechanism model in this paper is valid and it could be used in the study of flexural mechanical properties of bundled conductors.
