主动配电网源–荷–储分布式协调优化运行(一):基于一致性理论的分布式协调控制系统建模

Source-load-storage Distributed Coordinative Optimization of AND (Part Ⅰ) :Consensus Based Distributed Coordination System Modeling

  • 摘要: 针对可再生能源高渗透率主动配电网调度运行中出现的网络拓扑多变、通信信息量大、集中计算困难等问题,提出一种基于多智能体的配电网源–荷–储完全分布式协调控制建模方法。首先,分析了配电网集中控制协调优化存在的问题,并提出集中–分区分布式、集中–单元分布式、完全分布式3种分布式协调控制建模方案。在此基础上,结合配电网的网络结构与通信方式,选择基于一致性理论的完全分布式方案构建配电网多智能体分布式协调控制系统。最终,以主动配电网内可再生能源及主动负荷运行效益最大化为目标建立协调运行模型,并结合模型定义一致性变量以便后续采用一致性协调算法进行完全分布式求解。

     

    Abstract: Active distribution network(ADN) with high penetration of renewable energy will be faced with several operation problems, such as changeable topology, large scale of communication information, and large computing amount, etc. To cope with these problems, a distributed source-load-storage coordinative modeling method was proposed based on multi-agent system(MAS). To improve limitations of centralized control mode of ADN, center-zone distributed control mode, center-unit distributed control mode and completely distributed control mode were introduced, and an analytical comparison of these three modes showed that the consensus based completely distributed one was the best solution considering topology and communication mode of ADN. Therefore, a source-grid-load MAS coordinative optimization model on the basis of consensus based completely distributed control mode was presented to maximize the profit of ADN. Meanwhile, the consensus terms were defined for further consensus based calculation.
