Abstract:
Direct torque control(DTC) strategy for multi-phase drive based on switch vector table has many disadvantages, such as the large scale of the switch vector table, the switch vector can not keep optimal, et al. Therefore, a predictive DTC strategy based on voltage vector with zero zero-sequence voltage was built in synchronous rotating coordinate system of two motors to realize the accurate decoupling control of electromagnetic torque of two motors. In order to further reduce the zero-sequence current, the action time of zero voltage vector and the nonzero voltage vectors 21 or 42 was adjusted by the zero-sequence current loop. The experimental results show that compared with DTC based on switch vector table, the predictive DTC drive system proposed in this paper has a large reduction in torque ripple and current ripple, and the zero-sequence current is well near zero.
