Abstract:
Dispatch of demand-side resources is available to cope with fluctuation from large-scale renewable energy access and emergency at receiving side of HVDC. With the increasing instantaneity and reliability requirements of load dispatch, situation awareness becomes an inevitable trend of demand-side management. Considering the demands of load resources and performance of agents in multi scenario, we presented the concept of load situation awareness(LSA) and investigated its application in different scenarios. In addition, a hierarchical technology framework was proposed and the mapping and interaction process in the general framework were further demonstrated. Finally, based on the temporal interaction and processing flow of LSA, expounded the key technologies of LSA development. In general, this paper provided a valuable reference for deeply utilizing the demand-side resources via LSA.
