基于电气特性–物理属性–感知损失的电压暂降经济损失评估
Voltage Sag Economic Losses Assessment Based on Electrical Characteristic-physical Attribute-perceived Loss

摘要: 电压暂降导致的工业过程经济损失评估,面临的困难是对不同损失事件的损失程度进行量化。引入电压暂降损失事件概念,将电压暂降损失分为过程中断损失和用户感知损失,分别量化工业过程中断、未中断损失事件的损失程度。综合利用刻画设备电气特性的电压耐受曲线(voltage tolerance curve,VTC)和物理属性的参数免疫时间(parameter immunity time,PIT)曲线的优点,提出一种基于设备电气特性、物理属性和感知损失的工业过程电压暂降经济损失评估方法。以某高清洁度工厂暖通空调(heating ventilation and air conditioning,HVAC)系统为例,验证了提出方法的正确性和适用性。Abstract: The difficulty in assessing economic loss of industrial processes caused by voltage sags is to quantify the degree of loss of different loss events. The concept of voltage sags loss event was introduced, which divided the voltage sags loss into process interruption loss and customer perceived loss,to quantify industrial process interruption and non-interruption loss respectively. Taking advantage of both equipment’s voltage tolerance curve(VTC) and parameter immune time(PIT), a voltage sag economic loss assessment model based on the electrical characteristics, physical attribute and perceived loss of equipment was proposed. As a case study, one heating ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC) system in a factory with high cleanliness requirements has been used to validate the correctness and applicability of the proposed method.
