An ANPC Five-level Modulation Strategy With Leakage Current Suppression and Its Carrier Implementation Method

  • 摘要: 有源中点钳位五电平逆变器已逐步运用到大功率光伏并网系统中。为解决其漏电流问题,选取五电平空间矢量图中共模电压幅值最小的矢量合成参考矢量。在部分区域内采用"直角合成原则",其余部分采用"钝角合成原则",以实现全线性工作区内抑制共模电压幅值为直流母线总电压的1/12,且每个载波周期内变化2次。根据矢量思想,提出一种基于零序电压注入的载波实现方法,该方法不需进行复杂的扇区判断和几何运算,易于工程实现。仿真和实验结果证明了此调制策略的正确性和可行性。

     

    Abstract: Active neutral point clamed five-level inverter has gradually been applied to high power photovoltaic grid system. For the question of leakage current, choosing minimum amplitude vector of common mode from five-level space vector diagram to compose reference vector. Suppress the common mode voltage amplitude to 1/12 of the DC bus voltage, and control the amplitude changes twice in each carrier cycle by using "right angle synthesis principle" in some area, the rest using "obtuse angle synthesis principle". According to this vector thought, a carrier method based on the zero-sequence voltage injection was proposed in this paper. This method does not need sector judgment and complex geometry processing, it is simple and easy to implement in project. Simulation and experiment results prove correctness of this modulation.
