基于参数化历史电流源的广义小步长开关模型

A General Small Time-step Model Based on the Parameterized History Current Sources

  • 摘要: 为了满足实时仿真的需要,电力电子开关常采用基于L/C电路的小步长模型。这种小步长模型参数设置复杂,存在明显的暂态误差,难以实现高频动作下的理想开关特性。该文提出一种基于参数化历史电流源的广义小步长模型,该模型不依赖于具体物理电路和数值积分方法,导通和关断时分别用两个Dommel差分电路表示。两个差分电路的等效导纳相等,历史电流源用4个待定参数描述。在模拟理想开关时,其中的两个待定参数可由理想开关的稳态特性直接确定,另外两个参数则根据对小步长模型的暂态误差分析确定最优参数。算例分析表明,相比传统小步长模型,广义模型参数通过参数设置能更好地模拟理想开关的动作特性。

     

    Abstract: Power electronic switches are usually modeled by L/C-based small time-step model to satisfy the speed requirement of real-time simulation.However,the parameter setting of this switch model is complicated,and may cause significant transient errors during the high-frequency switching processes.This paper presents a general small time-step model based on the parameterized history current sources,which is independent of the real physical circuits and integration methods.The proposed model is represented by two Dommel’s discrete circuits corresponding to the switches at ON and OFF state,respectively.The equivalent admittances of these discrete circuits are of the same value.The history current expressions of these circuits have four coefficients,two of which are determined by the steady-state characteristics of switches.The other two coefficients are optimized based on the transient error analysis of the small time-step model.In the case study,the general small time-step model with the optimized history current sources shows the absolute advantage of accuracy over the traditional one in simulating the ideal switch.
