Optimal Scheduling Model of Peak Load Regulation Considering Participation of Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 综合考虑核电调峰成本及安全约束,建立了考虑核电参与调峰的优化调度模型。该模型从经济性和安全性两方面定量分析压水堆核电机组的调峰成本,并引入核电安全价值系数实现经济安全的协调平衡,以机组联合运行总费用最低作为优化目标;在调度问题常规约束条件的基础上,计及了考虑调峰深度和线性功率变化速率的工况转换时间耦合约束条件以满足核电调峰安全运行要求。算例仿真验证了所建立模型的有效性;在调峰运行方式下,核电机组满足安全约束要求,并能够根据系统实际需求选择最优调峰深度和功率变化速率;核电机组参与调峰能够缓解常规机组的调峰压力,减少火电机组启停调峰频率,提升电力系统运行的经济性。

     

    Abstract: Comprehensively considering the cost and security constraints of nuclear power participating in peak load regulation,an optimization model for combined multi regulating sources of thermal power,pumped storage power and especially nuclear power is established.The peak regulation cost of pressurized-water reactor(PWR) nuclear power plant is quantitatively analyzed from the perspective of economy and security with the nuclear safety value coefficient for coordination and balance.The optimal objective is set to minimize the total fee of joint operation.Based on the normal constraints of optimal scheduling,the time coupling constraints with consideration of the peak regulation depth and the linear power change rate are set to meet the requirement of safety operation.Simulation results verify the validity of the model; nuclear power units meet the requirements of safety constraint and both the peak regulation depth and the power change rate can be optimized according to actual situation of power system; peak regulation pressure of regular power units is released and the start-up and shut-down frequency of thermal power is reduced with participation of nuclear power,improving the safety and economy of power system operation.
