降低火电机组调峰成本的光热电站储热容量配置方法

  • 摘要: 光热发电是大规模利用太阳能的新兴方式,其储热系统能够调节光热电站的出力特性,进而缓解光热电站并网带来的火电机组调峰问题。合理配置光热电站储热容量,能够有效降低火电机组调峰成本。该文提出一种光热电站储热容量配置方法,在对光热电站运行特性及其对电网调峰影响分析的基础上,综合考虑了火电机组向下调峰成本与储热成本对储热系统容量配置的影响。最后分别基于IEEE 30节点系统以及西北某省电网系统的仿真算例,验证了该文方法的可行性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: Concentrating solar power(CSP) is a new way to make large-scale use of solar energy,and the heat storage system can improve the output characteristics of the CSP,and then mitigate the peak load regulation problem of thermal power units caused by grid-connected CSP.It can reduce the peak load regulation cost of thermal power units by configuring the capacity of thermal energy storage correctly.In this paper,a method for capacity configuration of thermal energy storage in CSP is presented,based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of CSP and the effect of grid-connected CSP on peak load regulation,the following factors have been taken into account such as load regulation cost of thermal power units in valley time and thermal energy storage cost.Finally,based on simulated example of IEEE 30 bus system and northwest province power grid system,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
