单级升压逆变器的混合六段直通调制策略

Research on Hybrid Six Distributed Shoot-through Modulation of Single-stage Boost Inverter

  • 摘要: 单级升压逆变器具有独特的阻抗源网络,利用桥臂直通实现升压,能够适应宽输入电压场合。不同的直通调制方式会影响逆变器的电感电流纹波、开关管电压应力、输出电压波形质量等。传统六段直通调制将直通平均分为6份,并且不增加额外的开关次数,具有电感电流纹波小的特点。该文提出的混合六段直通调制,将传统六段直通调制作为其中一种直通插入方式,并提出另外3种直通插入方式,通过不同的输出电压增益选择相应的混合直通调制。与传统六段直通调制相比,在输出增益一定时,能够减小电感电流纹波和开关管电压应力。最后通过实验验证理论分析的正确性。

     

    Abstract: With unique impedance network,single-stage boost inverter can utilize shoot-through zero state to realize boost control,which are suited for applications with wide input voltage.Different ways of shoot-through modulation affect the current ripple of inductors,the voltage stress of switches,the quality of output voltage and so on.In traditional six distributed shoot-through modulation,the shoot-through time interval is divided into six equal parts without extra number of switch times,and the current ripple of inductor can be reduced.In the proposed hybrid six distributed shoot-through modulation,the traditional six distributed shoot-through modulation is used as one of the modulation modes,besides three modulation modes are proposed.In this paper,the selection of modulation modes is decided by different output voltage gain.Compared to the traditional six distributed shoot-through modulation,the hybrid modulation can reduce the voltage stress of switches and current ripple of inductors in the same output voltage gain.The experimental results are shown to verify the features of the control methods.
