脱硝烟道流场分析的克里格法应用研究

Application of Kriging Method for Flow Analysis of Denitrification Reactor

  • 摘要: 燃煤锅炉实施超低排放改造后,锅炉尾部烟道流场分布情况更加复杂多变,为提优化控制品质,首先需要提高测量精度。将克里格法应用于分析锅炉烟道流场分布情况,以660MW燃煤机组的脱硝入口烟道的氮氧化物分布为例,应用变异函数进行结构分析,拟合结果具有指数模型特征,分析变异函数的块基比(27)25%,证明该区域具有较好的空间相关性,适用于克里格法。经优化后,基于少量交错布置的样本点,利用克里格法分析计算脱硝反应器未知区域的NOx的分布情况,计算值与网格法测点的误差在小于15%,测量断面满足流场质量平衡要求。克里格法提供了一种全新的烟道测试方法,基于少量样本点的实测值,可以计算分析整个烟道分布情况,提高了流场测试的精准度,可以为控制系统提供更准确的控制参数。

     

    Abstract: After the implementation of ultra-low emissions on coal-fired boilers,the distribution of the boiler tail flow field is more complicated and changeable.In order to improve the control system quality,it is necessary to improve the measurement accuracy.Kriging was applied to analyze the distribution of boiler flue flow.The denitrification inlet flue of 660 MW coal-fired unit was taken as an example.The variation function was performed to analyze the structural analysis.The simulation results are exponential model features,and the nugget sill ratio indicating spatial correlation is less than 25%,which proves that the region has good spatial correlation and is suitable for the Kriging method.After optimization,based on the values of 1/3 or less grid-method-sample,the distribution of NOx in the unknown region of the denitration reactor was calculated by Kriging method.The error between measured value and grid method is less than 10%,and the mean deviation of the nitrogen oxides concentration in the measured section is-1.67%,which satisfies the fowl mass balance requirement.The Kriging method provides a new flue test method.Based on a small number of measured points,it can calculate and analyze the whole flue distribution,and the error between the calculated value and the grid method is less than 15%.The Kriging method improves the accuracy of flow field test,and provides more accurate control parameters for the control system.
