塔式太阳能辅助燃煤发电系统设计与运行特性仿真研究

摘要: 针对某350MW国产亚临界燃煤机组,设计了塔式太阳能辅助燃煤发电系统。塔式太阳能光热系统(太阳能锅炉)自高压加热器出口引出5%左右的给水将其加热至与燃煤锅炉相同的出口蒸汽参数后,与燃煤锅炉产生的蒸汽一同送入汽轮机做功。采用模块化建模方法,构建塔式太阳能辅助燃煤发电系统实时动态仿真模型,根据某地春分日的太阳能数据,模拟了该系统从第1天太阳能锅炉冷态启动开始的全天运行工况,以及太阳能锅炉在停炉后经过1夜的自然冷却在第2天早晨开始的热态启动工况。结果表明,在太阳能锅炉的启动初期会对燃煤机组的运行产生扰动,但在燃煤机组控制系统的自动调节下可以保证机组的稳定运行。为了保证太阳能辅助燃煤发电系统出口蒸汽参数与燃煤锅炉出口蒸汽参数匹配,太阳能的蒸汽流量随太阳能辐射强度变化,在正午达到最大值。太阳能锅炉热态启动时间与冷态启动相比大幅缩短,若能保证该系统连续运行,可为燃煤机组带来显著的经济效益。但由太阳能的间歇性决定的太阳能锅炉的频繁启停,会加剧太阳能锅炉金属材料的低周疲劳寿命损耗。Abstract: A solar tower power aided coal-fired power generation system for a typical 350 MW subcritical coal-fired power plant in china was proposed.The solar tower power system,named solar boiler,extracted about 5% feed water from the high pressure heater and heated it to the same parameters as that of the coal-fired boiler.The steam generated from the solar boiler joins the main steam from the coal-fired boiler at the inlet of turbine.The simulation model of solar tower power aided coal-fired power generation system was developed by modular modeling method.According to the solar data of the Spring Equinox,the system behavior since the cold start of the solar boiler in the morning of the first day to the shutdown at sunset of the day was simulated.The hot start process of the system was also simulated.The simulation results show that the startup of the solar boiler causes fluctuation of the coal-fired power plant,but the fluctuation can be eliminate by the regulation of the control system.Since the parameter of the solar boiler should match the coal-fired boiler,the steam flowrate of the solar boiler changes with the solar power and reach maximum at midday.The time used for hot start is less than cold start,and the continuous running of the system will reduce the coal consumption of the power plant significantly.Every day’s startup and shutdown of the solar boiler caused by the intermittent solar power will enhance the fatigue life consumption of the solar boiler.
