太阳能光伏板积灰的最佳清扫周期

摘要: 对新疆吐鲁番地区某20MW(p)光伏电场积灰损耗数据分析表明,光伏电场积灰损耗与时间呈线性关系增长。借用火力发电厂凝汽器清洁度管理方法,以单位时间内经济损失最小为目标函数,分析了光伏板积灰损耗以及最佳清扫周期。实例分析表明:有效发电时间内太阳辐照度均值230W/m2,20MW光伏电场中额定功率为500kW(p)的光伏板阵列,在采用机械清扫的情况下最佳清扫周期为3.40天。与现行运行方式15天为一个清扫周期相比,该光伏发电企业每年可节约损失费用72.10万元。Abstract: The data of Xin Jiang Turpan 20 MW(p) PV power plant dust loss were analyzed; the experimental data indicated that power generation enterprises(PGE) dust loss has the linear relationship with time.The linear cleanliness management model for thermal power plant condenser is used to analyze dust loss and optimal cleaning cycle with the purpose of minimizing per unit time economic loss.The example results showed that when the average light intensity is 230 W/m~2,the optimal cleaning cycle of 500 kW(p) PV modules array in 20 MW(p) PV power plant with mechanical cleaning mode is 3.40 d.Comparing to the current operating cleaning cycle of 15 d,the optimal cleaning cycle of 3.40 d can save the cost of dust for about 721.00 thousand·a-1 in 20 MW(p)PGE.
