基于有功响应的双馈型风电场实用化等值方法

摘要: 建立和实际风电机组暂态响应特性一致的详细暂态模型,并对其进行合理有效的分群是风电场等值建模需要解决的两个重要问题。该文基于对大量实测数据的拟合及与厂家的沟通分析,建立了具备斜率功率恢复特性的低电压穿越模型,通过低电压穿越试验验证了模型的有效性。在此基础上,对风机在不同风速下的并网点有功暂态响应特性和风电场在典型风速分布下的等值效果进行了研究,提出了基于有功响应的风电场实用化等值方法。采用实际风电场的多组风速数据,对等值前后的并网点有功、无功、电压和电流的故障响应特性进行了对比分析。结果表明,文中方法具有良好的等值效果,对风速数据和故障点位置具有良好的适应性。Abstract: How to construct detailed models,with accurate transient response characteristics,for wind turbines and cluster them reasonably are two main issues for dynamic equivalent modeling of wind farms.Based on a large amount of low voltage ride through field data and consultations with manufacturers,this paper presented the power control schemes of doubly-fed induction generator wind turbines during fault,possessing the power ramp recovery abilities.A good consistency between the simulation and field test results has validated the effectiveness of the proposed models.The transient response characteristics of a wind turbine working on various wind speeds were simulated under a three-phase short-circuit fault at the point of connection.Using typical distributions of wind speeds,the clustering indexes were studied.Thus,an active power response based practical equivalent method was proposed for wind farms,and case studies have been conducted to verify the proposed method with multiple groups of actual wind speed data.Simulation results showed that the proposed method has good adaptability to various wind speeds and fault locations.
