老化及受潮下硅油纸和矿物油纸绝缘的频域介电谱特性对比研究

  • 摘要: 硅油作为矿物油的替代品在变压器、互感器和套管等高压电力设备中获得了比较广泛的应用,然而在硅油纸绝缘电力设备的绝缘状态评估研究方面所积累的经验相对较少。为了评估频域介电谱法用于硅油纸绝缘电力设备绝缘状态评估的有效性,该文对比研究了硅油纸绝缘和矿物油纸绝缘的频域介电谱(frequency domain spectroscopy,FDS)特征参数分别随水分含量和老化程度的变化规律。实验结果表明:水分对硅油纸和矿物油纸绝缘的频域介电谱特征参数的影响规律是一致的,两种油纸绝缘体系的介质损耗角正切值tanδ均随着水分含量的增加而逐渐升高;热老化对矿物油纸绝缘的tanδ和电介质相对介电常数εr有明显的影响且影响规律和水分非常相似,但对硅油纸绝缘的tanδ和εr的影响非常微弱。因此可以采用频域介电谱方法对硅油纸绝缘的含水量进行定量评估。

     

    Abstract: As a substitute for mineral insulating oil, silicone oil has been widely used in high voltage apparatuses, such as transformers and bushings. However, the research on the condition assessment of silicone oil paper composite insulation has been seldom carried out. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of frequency domain spectroscopy(FDS) method in assessing the insulating condition of silicone oil-paper composite insulating system, comparative study on the influence of thermal aging and moisture content on FDS property of both silicone oil-paper and mineral oil-paper system were carried out. The test results show that for both silicone and mineral oil-paper composite insulating systems, the moisture content has an obvious and similar affects on the FDS curves, the dielectric loss value of samples rises as the moisture content increases. The thermal aging affect the mineral oil-paper’s tanδ and εr greatly with a similar way as the moisture content, but it effect the silicone oil-paper tanδ and εr very little. Therefore, FDS method can be used to estimate the moisture content inside the silicone oil-paper composite insulation.
