纤维素老化对油纸绝缘平衡水分含量评估的影响

摘要: 水分是危害其内部油纸绝缘性能的主要因素之一,纤维素老化对绝缘纸的吸湿能力有明显的影响。为了能够更好地评估绝缘纸中水分含量,该文考虑纤维素老化对绝缘纸吸湿能力的影响,对实际工程与研究中广泛使用的油-纸水分平衡计算模型—Fessler公式进行了优化:首先,分析并确定了绝缘纸老化对Fessler公式的参数影响;其次,根据实验数据与分析得到了考虑绝缘纸老化程度的Fessler优化计算式;最后,通过实验对优化的计算式进行了验证。结果表明:在该文研究的温度范围内,通过优化算式能够有效地在考虑纤维素老化对绝缘纸吸湿能力的影响下,直接计算得到油纸绝缘水分分布平衡时绝缘纸中水分含量,为后续相关研究与工程应用提供了一定基础。Abstract: Moisture is one of the most important factors,which affects the insulation status of oil-paper insulation.The aging of cellulose has obvious effects on the moisture absorption property of insulation paper.In order to estimate the moisture content in insulation paper accurately,Fessler model which is a widely used relation between equilibrium moisture contents of insulation oil and insulation paper,was optimized in this paper by considering the influence of cellulose aging.First,the effects of cellulose aging on the parameters in Fessler model were analyzed.Then,the Fessler model was optimized based on experimental data by considering the effects of cellulose aging.Finally,the optimized equation was testified by experiments.The results show that: in the studied temperature range,the equilibrium moisture content of insulation paper with different aging status can be calculated effectively based on the optimized equation,and it is the basis of further studies and usage in engineering.
