基于状态空间平均模型的电压控制SIDO Buck变换器稳定性分析

Stability Analysis for Voltage Controlled Single-inductor Dual-output Buck Converter Based on State Space Average Model

  • 摘要: 分析电压控制SIDO Buck变换器工作于电感电流连续导电模式的工作原理,采用状态空间平均方法,建立了其状态空间平均模型,并获得系统输入–输出传递函数框图和雅克比矩阵。基于系统输入–输出传递函数框图和雅克比矩阵,分别采用奈奎斯特(Nyquist)稳定判据和劳斯–赫尔维茨(Routh-Hurwitz)稳定判据,分析了控制参数变化时电压控制SIDO Buck变换器的稳定性及稳定边界;并研究了输出电容参数对控制参数的影响。研究结果表明,电压控制参数具有稳定上界或下界,且输出电容的取值影响控制参数的稳定范围。最后,建立了电压控制SIDO Buck变换器的仿真和实验电路,时域仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

     

    Abstract: The operating principle of voltage controlled single-inductor dual-output(SIDO) Buck converter in continue conduction mode was analyzed in this paper.The state space average model was established by utilizing the state space average algorithm to obtain the input-output open-loop transfer function structure and Jacobian matrix.Based on the transfer function and Jacobina matix,the Nyquist stability criterion and Routh-Hurwitz stability criterion were employed to analysis the system stability and stability boundaries of the converter with respect to various control parameters.Furthermore,the effect of capacitor parameters on control parameters stability region was studied.Research results show that the control parameters have a stable upper-boundary or lower-boundary; moreover,the different capacitors influence the stability operation range of the control parameters.Finally,simulation and experiment of voltage controlled SIDO Buck converter were established to verify the theoretical analysis.
