Dual Active Bridge Converter Based on Switched Capacitor Access in Micro-grid DC Distribution System

摘要: 提出了一种适用于直流微电网的开关电容接入式双主动移相变换器的拓扑结构,当变换器的高低压侧直流电压之比与高频变压器的物理变比不匹配时,通过增加高压侧全桥的直通状态,可以实现高频链环节的电压匹配,具有简单且易实现的优点。另外,当发生直流侧的短路故障时,可以实现直流开关功能,快速切除故障并且在故障消失后可以快速恢复运行,提高了系统的可靠性。对所提拓扑结构的电压电流特性、换流行为和控制策略进行了分析,在此基础上,分别通过仿真分析和实际样机的物理试验验证了所提拓扑的正确性和实用性。Abstract: A scheme of dual active bridge converter based on switched capacitor access applied in micro-grid DC distribution system was presented and analyzed in this paper. When the ratio of dc voltages of the converter does not match the high frequency transformer’s turn ratio, high frequency link’s voltage match can be achieved by adding a short circuit conduction process of the primary full bridge. The proposed scheme can be functioned as a DC switch also, it can be switched out quickly when a DC side short circuit fault occurs, and can be switched on very quickly when the fault disappears, and this improves the reliability of the system. In this paper, the characteristics of voltage and current, conduction behavior and control strategies are analyzed thoroughly. On the basis of this, the correctness and practicability of the proposed scheme are verified by simulation and physical experiment.
