Ultra-low Emission Technical Route of Coal-fired Power Plants and the Cooperative Removal

  • 摘要: 文中首先综述了高效烟气脱硝、脱硫和颗粒物脱除技术的发展。考虑到各个烟气净化单元设备彼此之间的相互影响,在超低排放路线的设计过程中需要兼顾考虑各个污染物装置的协同机制。在此基础上总结了3种现行的超低排放路线,分别是以低低温电除尘器、湿式电除尘器和电袋除尘器为核心可达到"超低排放"的技术路线,已有结果表明在合理配置污染物控制设备的条件下超低排放切实可行。

     

    Abstract: This paper reviewed the development of the efficient flue gas denitrification, desulfurization and dust precipitation technology. Considering the interactions between different flue-gas purification units, it is possible to take into account the synergetic mechanism among them for a purpose of ultra-low emissions. Three practical ultra-low emission technical routes were summarized, which included the ultralow cold-side electrostatic precipitator(ESP), wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP) and hybrid ESP/Bag particulate collector as the core technology, respectively. The existent results indicate that the synergetic allocation of various pollution control units plays an important role in achieving ultra-low emission control of coal power plants.
